Digital Brokerage of Retail Spaces: Web App & Location Search

In the summer of 2024, pargoo implemented the web app for Retailmatch based on the design by Faiblecreative. The platform serves as an efficient interface between property owners and tenants who are looking for the ideal location for pop-up stores or food trucks.

The functional core of the app is the intuitive, interactive location search. Users can narrow down available spaces using precise filters and choose to view them either in a structured list or directly visualized on an integrated map. The clear color separation between the user areas (Rent vs. Lease) ensures optimal user guidance.

For the technical implementation, we relied on a modern tech stack that combines speed with ease of use:

• Content Management with Strapi: By using the headless CMS Strapi, the Retailmatch team can manage locations, availabilities, and content in real time with minimal effort.
