Enterprise UX: Increasing Efficiency in Coil Manufacturing

In the highly specialized manufacturing at KUK Coils, usability and process reliability determine the efficiency of global production. pargoo was commissioned to completely redesign the UI/UX of a central internal production tool. The goal was to digitally map the complex manufacturing processes in a way that minimizes errors and significantly simplifies the daily workflows of employees.

Through close collaboration with the process experts at KUK, we created an interface that combines technical precision with intuitive usability. The result is a modern software environment that not only increases efficiency but also enhances employee satisfaction directly at the workplace through its well-thought-out ergonomics.
